On April 28, 2016, Salesforce held their annual World Tour in Washington, DC at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center. Frequently referred to as “mini Dreamforces,” the Salesforce World Tours are known for giving participants a taste of Dreamforce in their local market. The DC World Tour was a CRM customer’s dream, jam-packed with breakout sessions, hundreds of sponsor booths, product demos, and engaging guest speakers.
