Mr. Marra is a Director in the Global Services practice and a Public Sector industry Subject Matter Expert in Multi-channel Contact Centers and Customer Experience Mgmt (CEM/CX). Mr. Marra leads our ACE (Any Channel Engagement) Center solution accelerator focused on helping government agencies meet the demands and challenges faced today in supporting their mission, their employees, other agencies and the public.

With 20 years of experience in enterprise solution delivery for Fortune 500 companies and large federal agencies, Mr. Marra has successfully lead, designed, architected, and delivered a variety of business and technical solutions that include Enterprise Cloud Transformation, Customer Experience Management (CX), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Business Transformation/Optimization and Operations Management, most of which included large-scale integration and development efforts. Mr. Marra's true passion is in building Contact Centers from the ground up and delivering robust and fully integrated Multi-channel CRM Contact Center and Customer-facing solutions focused on unifying all customer interaction channels, improving operational efficiencies, enhancing the overall customer experience and providing actionable business insights for driving positive change.
